The Sudbury Student Services Consortium provides an online platform known as the Parent Portal, which allows parents and guardians to access various student record details for their children. To utilize the Parent Portal, you will need a modern device with internet connectivity and a valid email address. Information regarding your child will be accessible through your online account via email. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your password, as district personnel are unable to provide passwords over the phone, and passwords will not be issued to students. If you forget your password, you can easily request a new one by clicking the "Forgot your password" link on the login page. Upon logging in, you will need to complete a two-factor authentication process via email for added security and to confirm your identity. Additionally, you must provide your child's OEN Number, last name, and confirm custody information to link your child to your account. It is also your duty to keep your child's OEN number confidential.

I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to safeguard my Parent Portal password and my child's OEN number. I will not disclose my password or OEN number to my children or any unauthorized individuals. I understand that the Parent Portal is provided as-is, without any service guarantees, and that the Consortiums and /or school boards are not liable for any interruptions or access issues related to this service.
